Shipping Policy

Customers will incur a shipping fee of approximately $250* for every order (subject to change depending on order quantity). The customer is to bear the relevant shipping fee entirely.

Exchange Policy

Goods once sold, cannot be exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +973 3949 6939 with details of the product and the defect. You can send / bring the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 

The customer is to bear the relevant shipping fee entirely.

Delivery Timelines

All orders are taken on a pre-order basis. Estimated delivery time for each order is between 10-14 working days. We will notify you of the arrival of your order at the latest, via your Contact Number.

Local orders (Bahrain): 10-14 Working Days

International orders (outside Bahrain): 10-14 Working Days
